Warranty

All Miracles Pond products come with a 3-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover intentional damage, misuse, neglect, or improper installation.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 1-month (30-day) refund policy from the date of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your pond, you may request a return and full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items must be in their original condition.
